General Information
Once approved, the Retailer may sell at or above MSRP products offered by Under the Willow.
Once approved, the Retailer may sell product via these distribution channels:
- At the Retailers brick and mortar location
- Through the Retailer's website and only at terms and policies consistent with in-store sales.
- Selling by an auction or co-op site is prohibited.
The right to sell Under the Willow may be revoked at any time. Product line is only available directly through Under the Willow or approved representative.
Upon Approval you can begin placing your wholesale orders. There is an opening order minimum of $320 and after the opening order is placed there is a minimum re-order of $120
You will be given a special login code which will allow you access our wholesale pricing.
Payments
We accept all major credit cards. We will not charge a credit card until items ship. An initial order will be shipped when store location has been verified and all new account information has been received.
Backorders
Most items not available at time of shipment are backordered to ship when the product becomes available. Backorders under $75 wholesale, or over 60 days old are canceled automatically.
Shipping
Expedited shipping is available at additional charge. Under The Willow will only accept business addresses for shipment and will not be responsible for any product shipped to personal residences.
Returns/Damaged Items
Damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Under the Willow must authorize all returns. Refused or returned shipments are subject to a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges.
